    Recording the adventure...

With the season fast approaching and 27 days in France booked, looking at recording French sites a la Graham and also interesting drives through the country.
    Looking to buy like one of these;

    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Action-Cam-3.../dp/B005PK5J74

If I can find a vehicle adapter for it
Anyone had any experience of these types of cams

    Hi Tony

That is what our son used to record his motorbike vlogs on his youtube channel. He was very successful and became the worlds 2nd most popular motorbike vlogger on youtube.

I cannot comment on this device in particular. But there are two things to look at in charging devices. Obviously, the type of plug on the device and charger must match, but then only the voltage is critical (amperage does not matter).
For example:- I realised that the plug on my mobile phone charger fitted my Kindle ebook. The voltage also matched.
The Kindle only came with a charger to fit my computer. I always now charge my Kindle with either my mains or car chargers for my mobile phone - more convenient.
      No problems!

That line-in looks like standard Samsung phone to USB charger.
Just add a USB to cigarette lighter adapter and you are done.

As above, you rarely need item/brand specific cables, take a look at what you have and there will be a £9.99 cable/adapter out there
        (I use a Lidl car-USB adapter - top quality)

think now it is mandatory on modern phone that they use mini usb as charger points so that wil be a constant voltage so they wil be same voltage as that charges from usb socket u can get ciggie lighter to us socket or just use multi charger i have one for my phones it has six output on it all at same voltage whic is same as usb

              Hi Tony
Do we have to book the glasses from you for a slight charge?

Looking at the possibility of knocking a load of freebie glasses up and bringing them to Banbury, or you could flog 'em on your bring-and-buy Graham?
Lots of info on it on youtube.
