How about a small 1.5kw ceramic heater, would that be OK in a Romahome?

They are ok for taking the chill off, but I think you'd find them irritating if you had to leave them on low all night. That's the best thing about the small oil filled rads, you can leave them on low all night in chilly weather with no noise or light radiating off them. Wouldn't be without mine,.

Have purchased the Delonghi Bambeni oil filled radiator from Amazon though a little expensive, it's fantastic, no noise, and at half power keeps my C15 perfectly warm, highly recomended.........

Mine is also a Delonghi Bambino. There are cheaper options though - a similar version is half that price in B&Q I believe - and no less effective. I like the Bambino though, silent and very small.
