Anybody had any experience with one of these.
Sunncamp Lodge 200 Motorhome / Campervan Driveaway Freestanding Awning in Vehicle Parts & Accessories, Motorhome Parts & Accessories, Awnings | eBay

We have the Khyam tail-gate drive-away awning which is remarkably similar, albeit a bit more expensive. It effectively doubles the living space of our R20. Also means we can leave the van set up in bed mode and live in the awning during the day. We set up a large folding table at the back and use that to hold our multi-cooker, microwave, electric kettle, etc as well as food prep. Can't comment on the quality of the Sunncamp but we wouldn't be without our Khyam

Or really shell out and get a Cubo Breeze - one thing I dislike about awnings (and frame tents) is erecting them - it is a recipe for divorce - "can't you understand the color code ...." etc

We erected our Breeze for the first time at the Autumn Rally - process pegged out the 4 corners of the sewn-in groundsheet end where valves are is the door - other end for the van - screwed the pump onto the valve Sandra staitened a kink out of the half inflated tube (no shouting or falling out) within 5 minutes half hoop inflated. Screwed pump onto other valve another 5 minutes inflated. Located air beam inflated. Went into awning location obvious there is Velcro to hold it in place.

The 4 guy lines are useless we put on the storm straps and pegged them out 3 each side as guy lines (use better pegs than those provided) and 2 over the van. - Simples!!!
