    Hennock Hideaway

    Just spent 4 nights here (2nd visit) They advise tents and small campers only due to access to the field.
    However a Luton horse box conversion made it OK.

    The site is tucked away above the small village of Hennock near Bovey Tracey on the edge of Dartmoor.
    Facilities are 2 family size showers with loo plus two separate loo's.
    No EHU
    Honesty shop.
    Camp fires allowed, fire baskets and wood available.

    The field does slope in places but some of it is flat. With views over the Teign Valley.
    Access to the village is via a couple of miles of narrow roads and by narrow I mean narrow.
    There are no shops in the village just a pub. Palk Arms.
    Nearest shops in Bovey Tracey about 3 miles away. (don't take shorter sat nav routes as the roads are even narrower).

    All in all a very nice site and Kate limits the numbers so it's never crowded.
