Well Well I live and learn ! I had no idea this place existed. Its behind the little Chef, the entrance is off the school road, its not signposted as far as I know. You will like Burford, it has a VERY steep hill for a high street.Parking in town is tricky but there is a large car park just across the river by the church, it is sign posted from the high street. Good places to eat ( I recommend Huffkins) and good ale houses, but remember the steep hill. You are not far from the zoo, which is worth a visit.A lovely part of the world. You will like it. Did I mention the VERY steep hill and narrow bridge over the river?

You could try the Caravan & Motorhome club site at Moreton in Marsh, or the C&Mhc club site at Broadway, both much flatter and better for bigger vans. The Camping and Caravan club have a main site near Winchcombe.

Moreton in the Marsh CCC is no more. I am not even sure a campsite exists any more.

Yes, Fosseway Farm Campsite closed some time ago. We now have a new Aldi there, due to open in a couple of weeks.

However there is still a lovely big campsite in Moreton in Marsh, a Caravan and Motorhome Club main site, well equipped and within easy walking distance of town. We live about 500 yards from the site! It is also within walking distance of the beautiful Batsford arboretum, well worth a visit at this time of year.

Looks nice but a tad pricey for me at £18 per night and no non-ehu option.
