    Back from Kingsbury

Just back from the Kingsbury meet, a great time was had by all and the weather couldn't have been better especially today, phew what a scorcher!!

Nice meal on Saturday night, it was lovely to meet old friends and make new ones. A big thanks to Ian Stockley for organising everything. Also thanks to Marie2Chris for making us a great flag to fly at future meets.

Full report and pictures to follow on the website.

And thanks to Ian from us as well. We are still here and have just taken the 'cathederal' awning down, two of us, 15 mins. Thanks to Hazback (Hazel and George) and Robin, so that was 5 of us, and over half an hour to put it up for the first time. Will put up some pictures when we get home.
Great company, great weather, what more could you want!

Home again after a most enjoyable weekend and putting faces to names at last!

Look forward to the next meet - hopefully to include standing upright and a little kayaking too.

Here's the first group pic. More to follow shortly...

John and I had a fab time. It was lovely chatting with everyone and catching up with all the news. Thank goodness that winter is done and dusted, and we have lots of trips ahead of us to look forward to.

We field tested our new Duvalays and can confirm that they do live up to their reputation. We were very comfortable, the memory foam is good quality, and despite being poly-cotton we were happy with the feel of the covers. We even got comfortable with the Oriental Memory Foam pillows! Only small complaint is the size of everything, it is hard to compact the rolls down to a small enough bundle. We can just about squeeze both rolls and pillows into our luton but it is a bit of a struggle and a very close fit.

Our next trip is up to Southport and then over to Norfolk for the Easter SMH meet. Hope to see some of you there.
