I rather like this wee thing https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/203049065514

Just so happens I'm going to be in Tewkesbury next week......
Better a rainy day on the hill than a sunny day in the office!

Oh, I love that! It comes in feet and inches, too! 4 people in there would be a bit of a squash though, wouldn't it? It's smaller than my Marechal!

Well blow me. If this isn't a funky version of my Sunncamp Ranch, I'll eat my hat!

          I quite like it though.

I spotted that Relum the other day. I've also seen a Cabanon and a Trigano that were all essentially the same design. I think it must be because you can't copyright a shape so that leaves tent manufacturers pretty much free to copy each other.

One for Rob here, this is awesome.

Already sky rocketing, but damn attractive and worth every penny of what it goes for.

                Hi Rob,

If you see any 'pattern' Ranches again can you post them here or let me know, so that I can add then to my Sunncamp Ranch photo library. 😁 It might also help me in tracking down that elusive porch canvas. 👍

This is pretty. Like a Lichfield Challenger but with an extended living space and a canvas fly

Who'd have thought the design was that popular, Rob!

Just had a little blast from my past. A Lichfield Montana 6 popped up on eBay, nearly identical to the one my parents had. Brings back many happy memories of camping as a kid.

                          Lovely!

I confess I have become a bit of a tent watcher since owning my gorgeous Marechal.... What is it about these retro tents that are so fascinating? 'Eye of the beholder' syndrome? I don't care, I'm just enjoying admiring a bit of camping history.

Have a look at this beauty for example.

I haven't seen one like it before! What a head-turner on site for retro tent fans.

                            - Or for those who like a nice big sun canopy, this one would fit the bill! I'm almost tempted to make an offer myself, as I also love the big window and the curtains, though not so keen on the colour scheme. It's a 1980 tent in 70s colours. I love my tent but I haven't got sun canopy....

This is quite nice. A Sunncamp Bungalow. Not seen one of these for years! Very reasonably priced at £75, too.

With that sloping down at the back, it reminds me very much of a Caranex!
