        Brilliant. Am delighted for you.

Did the tantalising aroma of hot coffee, coupled with the judiciously chosen display of camping info etc do the trick?
        Carpe diem! :)

Ha! Quite the opposite actually. My buyers showed up two hours early and I was just getting started on cleaning the habitation area when they arrived (they came from Devon and I'm in central London) . Wanted to leave it until I had viewers so it would be pristine - alas, they showed up so early that I hadn't even managed to clean the fridge properly. No matter - they loved it and bought it as it was. Can't help but wonder if I made a mistake - Rosie has bags of personality and oodles of affordability....
Hey ho! I'm an impossible Gemini. Just Peg(asus) and me now and boy, was she a good drive to the South of France! Most importantly, Murph loves having the space under the pullman table for her bed so it was obviously worth the extra thousands of £££
