    Lighting in romahome

    Hi Ant

We are currently travelling round Europe in our romahome and have a question that never came up before we left. When not on mains electric, our internal lights obviously are powered by the van battery (we do not have a leisure battery). What happens when connected to mains? We have a X7 transformer box but can not locate a switchover to mains switch as mentioned in the manual. Someone has told us that when plugged into mains the X7 charges the van battery and therefore the lights should not run down the battery...can you confirm this?

    Thanks

    Woody.

    Hi Woody.
The X7 charger charges the battery and transforms the mains to 12volts, so when you're plugged in you get your battery charged and can use the lights etc. The charger has a switch on it or near it on the seat box, there's nothing else you need to do.

Thanks Ant, that's reassured us greatly.
