    Replacing window in stable door

    Hi Ant,
I need to replace the window in the lower half of the stable door on my 1991 C15D.

No, it wasn't kicked in by the horse.

I was rear-ended by the low branch of a tree while manoeuvring in a tight spot in Bulgaria.

Gaffer tape has worked fine for quite a while, but it would be nice to replace it.

I am assuming that I can pop out the old one and replace it with a new one.

    Is it a straightforward job?

Do I/Should I get a new gasket when I order one?

Are they available from Romahome still? Or do you have one in your spares cupboard?

    Hi Peter.
The job is pretty easy to do, you shouldn't need a new rubber just the window bit. I might have a used one here squirelled away somewhere, otherwise you can order one from Ellbee direct 0113 2579711 It's called a Acrylic window Tourer door Brown Part number 02567.
    Thanks
    Ant

Thanks Ant. I am debating visiting the UK in the autumn, in which case, I might wait and drop by to have you replace the window and do a few other things that are needed after 50,000 miles of travel.
