Thanks, I will carry out the repair for now and leave it till the van comes in to you for servicing.

    Thanks.

    Hi Goef.
Try GSF car parts, I bought one for an 07 a few days ago for less than £20, Lens only. Having got it you'll need to trim some bits off one side on the back of the lens, easy, just match the one coming off. If you want to repair what's there you can but a clear tape that's waterproof which is designed for the job. ( Halfords, Motoman etc)

IIRC, generally, for headlamps there is a plastic covering - rather like fablon - which might be an idea to apply to prevent the cracks growing. Please be aware that any white light showing will result in an MoT failure.

    Rear Lens Cracks.

    Hi Ant,
Just noticed a couple of minor cracks in the rear lens of our 2008 Hylo. No problem thinks me just get a new lens. Never that straight forward is it, only available as full light unit at £63. Good God. So to stop crack spreading thought a drop of super glue may be good, that is unless you know better ?.

    Many Thanks.

    Geoff.
