Berlingo based Romahome - Towing with?

We are considering buying a Romahome - YAY!!!

Possibly the Berlingo based as C15 seems a little small for my disabled partner on the bed size.

Being seasoned campers and we also have a touring caravan we are used to some little luxury in the form of additional space, perhaps within a decent sized drive-away awning or a seperate tent.

We usually tow a small trailer behind our Toyota Yaris Verso which contains our "extra" kit.
If we were to purchase a Berlingo based Romahome could we fit a towbar?

I realise that ground clearance is likely to be an issue so was also considering uprated springs and / or adjustable shocks if available.

Is the Berlingo fitted with leaf or coil rear springs?

Help and info from anybody gratetfully recieved!

    Robin.

    Hi Robin

Welcome to the forum, Ant is away at the moment on his Christmas break but I have found a thread with a similar theme which might help you.

Rear suspension is by torsion bar, but they are fitted with helper springs by Romahome.

        Thanks for that!
