A quick query here about draining the Eberspacher hot water system. After holding clockwise the red knob on the floor beside the hot water cylinder and then taking off the top pipe of the cylinder and also holding the red knob clockwise the hot water system is drained. Okay, but the red knob on my Hylo then goes "limp" and does not spring back any more. Is this normal? Thanks. Graham and Carole
