Please help! The roof on my 2006 Hylo has developed a leak in the cab. Water collects in the passenger footwell and seems to leak more when standing then when travelling. I have resorted to covering up with a tarpaulin so would appreciate help or advice.

Hi Tripehound.
Are you sure the roof is leaking, the more common causes for water in the cab footwell are either the windscreen bonding leaks at the corners of the screen or the heater air inlet drain gets blocked and water gets in via the heater ducts. Check the inlet by removing the black plastic trim under the windscreen, you'll see the water standing in the hopper if theres a problem with the drains.
The water has to go a long way undetected to get from the roof to the footwell.
Hope this gives you some options to go with.
