Hi Ant One of the handles (the part you squeeze) too open the small roof vent has broken no doubt this means a completly new assembly if so are they standard from any caravan accesory shop & are they easy to fit.
The other problem I had coming back from holiday today is that the speedo packed up is this a garage job or a DIY job if the former no doubt very exspensive.
Regarding the vent would it be possible too remove the handle & swap with the new which would save clambering on the roof & having too seal etc.

Hi Pete.
The roof vent locking bit is a replacement part and should be available at most caravan accessory shops ( if not in stock could be ordered). Just as you think that's simple, there are 4 different styles of locks so take the broken one with you to match it up!
The speedo could be a simple connection problem but much more likely to need garage intervention.
