Odd Bits !

After having our Duo for approx 2 years we still havent figured out what the two bits in the picture are for and where they go. Can you help Ant ?

After having our Duo for approx 2 years we still havent figured out what the two bits in the picture are for and where they go. Can you help Ant ?

They look like the extension for the double bed, move the seat forward, lock the two bits together, the curtain stops draughts from the cab, under the bed.you should have either a cutout below the cab curtain area for the extension to fit in, or a bracket thatfolds down for its support.

Hi Pendel.
Ian is right, they're the bed extension, that type was normally given with the Duo Plus, it allowed you to make up a double bed with the two belted seats fitted. The bit of bent plate faced back into the van and supported the corners of the cushions in the centre of the bed end. The two "U" shaped cups near the seat belt anchorage is where the extension fitted.
