We had some mods and additions from them when we first bought our Outlook. Excellent service and what we thought was a very good price for what they did

Thanks for that info, they are only about 5 miles from me!

Well I am certainly no upholstery expert but I am in the process of changing my curtains in the Outlook. I can't stand that red velvet any longer!

I have gone for a gold colour that picks up the gold pattern in the blue seats.

I bought some that was near an end of roll and the chap only charged me £5 instead of £25 per metre. Unfortunately I cut it wrongly and had to go back to buy some more but he let me have the rest of the roll for £10 and there is enough to replace the badly cut one and make the front ones too. Also enough for a couple of scatter cushions. Got the popper tape on Ebay. Also got thermal lining.

They look lovely, much fresher and brighter than the red and cost under £30 total.

The old set has been put away with the water tank to be retained in case we ever sell up.

          Front Seats Duo

The front seats in my duo could do with re-upholstering, can anyone recommend an upholsterer not too far fron Colchester?

Contact Kent Motorhomes centre and ask who they use.

Know what you mean about velvet - we have beige velvet curtains, sometimes at night I feel as though I am in a hearse - must get round to replacing them with something more funky!

                curtains

We changed our drab curtains for some red rose bud small print material with a white background. It has made the van brighter and much more welcoming. Couldn't really do that in a van that men use!

Does anyone know if Mastertrim have gone out of business, or maybe they have moved?

The website and phone number are not available.
