I have had to replace my spare wheel from under my Dimension (taken in the night) and am having difficulty putting the spare wheel back into its original position underneath the van-any tips welcome

Firstly have a good breakfast, the wheels are pretty heavy!
I unscrew one of the cradle hooks so it's as low as possible, then after aggravating all past hernias shoving the wheel up the slope of the dangling cradle, you can lift one side of the cradle up onto the low hook. wind the hook up a bit and then fit the other side. Try not to drop the cradle with wheel on any part of your body it will hurt!

Yes Ant it is heavy - had to use the jack to lift it but just couldn't get the cradle bar to fit over the hooks-my son is down on Friday hopefully the two of us can do it and will try your suggestion of lowering the hooks.

      Thanks for your help
