Look on here http://www.rascalenthusiasts.com/ someone in Ireland is doing/has done this.

My 1.3 suzuki pick-up with a demountable romahome on the back goes like a pocket rocket and i can sit on the motorway at 70 easily (just a bit hairy when the dig lorries pass ) so i stay at around 60.

    replacing a bedford engine

    Hi all,

would it be possible to replace the 980cc engine in a bedford rascal with a 1300efi engine.

Has anyone heard of this being done before and if so did it go well or was it a difficult job?
